What is included in my online membership?
As a member, you have:

How do I update my email address?
If you would like to update your email address, contact Customer Service Mon — Fri 8 am to 5 pm Central Time, or email orders@aimmedia.com

What are your password requirements?
Passwords are case sensitive and must be 8-20 letters and/or numbers.

How do I reset my password?
Click Update Password in the customer service center.

How do I update my credit card information?
If you would like to update your credit card information, log on to your account here, click on 'Update Your Credit Card'.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you would like to cancel your membership, log on to your account here, click on 'Contact Us' and send us a message detailing your cancel request. Refunds for annual memberships are based on unused months. Partial months are not refunded. For monthly memberships, no new charges will be posted after cancellation.

Why have I been charged on my credit card?
A charge on your credit card statement that reads "Woodsmith" would be for a Woodsmith product. If you signed up for a membership online, you authorized us to charge the card you provided to renew your membership at the then current rate, until you tell us to stop. For annual members, toward the end of each term we send a reminder notice before your card is charged.
